Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that household tasks — yard work, lifting, pet care, cleaning, and similar activities — carry inherent risks including personal injury and property damage, and that Chore Army does not supervise, direct, or control any task.

In consideration of platform access, I (for myself and, for Family signers, on behalf of my minor child to the extent permitted by law) release and agree not to sue Chore Army and its members, managers, officers, and volunteers for claims arising out of or relating to any task or arrangement formed through the platform, INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON THE PLATFORM'S ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, except claims arising from Chore Army's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This release does not apply between me and the other party to a task — Households and Families retain their rights against each other.
