Household Terms

By activating a Household role you additionally agree:

1. Premises. You will disclose known hazards relevant to a requested task (dog behavior, equipment condition, slopes/holes, chemicals) in the booking conversation, and provide a reasonably safe work area.

2. Equipment. If a Teen uses your equipment, you represent it is in safe working order. Platform-listed shared equipment is provided by its owner, not by Chore Army.

3. Conduct with minors. An adult resident should be present or reachable as indicated by the task's supervision flags. You will not ask a Teen for personal contact information, offer rides without the Teen's parent's explicit in-platform confirmation, invite a Teen inside beyond the task's scope, or give gifts or payments outside the platform flow. Any concern about a Teen's behavior goes to the dispatcher or captain — never handled directly with the minor.

4. Payment. You will pay through the platform. Cash tips are discouraged; the "no tips expected" norm is part of the pricing model.

5. Scope honesty. The price was computed from your description; materially larger work than described should be re-scoped through the dispatcher, not absorbed by the Teen.

6. Reviews. Reviews must be honest and about the work.
