Family & Teen Participation Agreement

As the parent or legal guardian, you agree:

1. Consent and authority. You have legal authority for the Teen; you consent to the Teen's participation; you accept these terms on your household's behalf.

2. Supervision responsibility rests with you, not Chore Army. You decide which jobs the Teen takes, ensure the Teen is capable of and prepared for each task, provide or verify safe equipment and transportation, and remain reachable during jobs. The platform's approval gates are tools for your supervision, not a substitute for it.

3. Work scope. The Teen will perform only in-scope tasks consistent with the service catalog's age and safety flags. You acknowledge the platform's task limits (no roof work, no operating a Household's riding equipment without your explicit approval, supervision flags, and similar) and will not approve around them off-platform.

4. Not employment. You acknowledge the Teen is not employed by Chore Army or by Households in an ongoing capacity; tasks are occasional neighborhood help arranged directly with each Household. You are responsible for any tax treatment of the Teen's earnings.

5. Profile and photo consents. Public profiles show first name, last initial, age bracket, and an illustrated avatar only. Real photos are shown only to verified neighborhood households and only if you enable it; print use of photos requires separate per-piece consent. You may revoke photo permissions at any time.

6. Earnings. Task payments are made to your connected account; allocation to the Teen is your family's decision.

7. Conduct. You are responsible for the Teen's conduct on jobs, including care of Household property. Damage claims are handled under the Refund & Dispute Policy.
